Plumber Today

Marshall was wonderful! My water heater broke and started leaking. We contacted our home warranty company and they scheduled Plumber Today to come take a look. Marshall took one look at the water heater and knew immediately that it needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, upon his arrival, our home warranty company practically ghosted him, so he wasn't able to fix the heater the same day. He was so kind and stayed for a couple of hours trying his best to get ahold of someone. As it got later, we decided to go ahead and schedule for him to return 2 days later to replace the water heater. He showed up on time and was very professional. He did a wonderful job explaining everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. We had a great experience and will consider Plumber Today for any future services.

I needed a fill valve and gasket replaced on a toilet tank which was keeping the valve from shutting off. Their technician Marshall was promptly dispatched to the rescue. If Marshall were to write a book, it would be titled “How To Sell Without Being A Salesman” His honest and informative approach is what any customer or client can appreciate. Marshall got straight to the point, tackled the problem, and provided an explanation even I can understand. No pushy salesmanship! These qualities alone are why I will never call anyone other than Plumber Today. If I were to give Marshall a performance evaluation, it would be “Exceeds Expectations”. Great job and thanks!!!

Angie & Billy were so super nice and so helpful in the two times I needed them in one week. They were quick to respond to my call and got me on schedule first thing same day. I cant speak highly enough of the work they do and the professionalism of how they do it. I highly recommend!

We had a plumbing emergency and Plumber Today sent Billy out to our house within the hour. Because it was late, parts would not be available until the next day. Billy sealed the leak so that we could get the water back on and came the next morning as promised with the parts. He completed the repairs in several hours and cleaned the area better than when found. You can't ask for more. Billy was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Called plumber today at lunch and by 400 that same day had Billy out to fix my drainage problem. Super nice friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. First class all the way!!
